Breed: BLOSSOM (Black & White)
Blossoms were developed relatively recently to produce a hardy sheep producing lambs with excellent confirmation together with a valuable fleece.
Weighing six to eight kg the fleece consists of firm locks showing lustre and curls resembling those of Wensleydale or Teeswater. Lambs are born either all white or all black, never mixed like the Jacob.
